Nic Newman, Senior Research Associate at the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism and lead author of the annual Digital News Report, joins us to look at what will be relevant in 2023.

Trends, user behavior, news consumption – the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism measures and examines all these things.
The result is an annual outlook on what will be important for the media and tech industries.

How does it work?

This year`s first edition of #futuretalks series starts on February 6th at 4 P.M. and consists of two parts. We will kick things off with an input that will be followed by a second part, which will focus on the exchange and an open Q+A.

About the format

What disruptions are currently occupying makers in the media and tech sector? We aim to explore this together with you in the #FutureTalks and invite renowned experts, inspiring movers, and shakers from media, tech, and science and go on a journey into the future together.

All of our upskilling offers are structured in short learning modules (each 1-2 hours) that break down the content into manageable chunks of information that can be easily assimilated by the participants and take up as little time as possible.
