Cookies are small files that your browser stores on your device in a directory provided for this purpose. Among other things, they can be used to determine whether you have visited a website before. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier of the cookie. It consists of a string of characters through which websites and servers can be assigned to the specific Internet browser in which the cookie was stored. This allows the websites and servers visited to distinguish the individual browser of the data subject from other Internet browsers that contain other cookies. A specific Internet browser can be recognized and identified by the unique cookie ID. Cookies cannot identify you as a person without additional information.
Further information on the cookies or comparable technologies used and our partners can be found below in this data protection declaration. There you also have the possibility at any time to revoke a consent given by you with effect for the future. 9. SOCIAL PLUGINS
No social media plugins are integrated on this website that load data directly from the servers of the social media providers concerned. Rather, the integrated “plugins” are simple links to the relevant third-party pages, which we illustrate with corresponding graphics. A transmission of personal data to the operator of the social media service by the known plugins therefore does not take place.
We use components of the Instagram service. Instagram is a service that qualifies as an audiovisual platform and allows users to share photos and videos and also to redistribute such data on other social networks. The operator of Instagram is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland (hereinafter Instagram). Further information and the applicable data protection provisions of Instagram can be viewed under https://help.instagram.com/519522125107875/?helpref=hc_fnav.
However, this website does not integrate Instagram in such a way that data is loaded directly from Instagram’s servers. Rather, the integrated Instagram links are simple links to the respective Instagram pages, which we ourselves only display with corresponding graphics. A transmission of personal data to the operator of Instagram therefore does not take place.

Information and correction
You can receive information from us at any time free of charge about whether personal data about you are processed by us and also specifically which data about you is stored and request a copy of the stored data. You can also have incorrect data corrected and completed.
Deletion, restriction and the right to be forgotten
You can request the deletion and restriction of your personal data. Insofar as the deletion of your personal data precludes statutory retention obligations, your data will be marked with the aim of restricting its future processing.
If applicable, you also have the right to have the personal data concerning you transmitted to you or another controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, provided that the processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out using automated procedures. However, this does not apply if the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller. Furthermore, you have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another controller, insofar as this is technically feasible and provided that this does not affect the rights and freedoms of other persons.

Furthermore, you have the right, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you, which is based on a legitimate interest. We shall no longer process the personal data in the event of the objection, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
You have the right, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object to the processing of personal data concerning you which we carry out for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes, unless such processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out for reasons of public interest.
Right of appeal
Furthermore, you have a right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority as well as the possibility to lodge legal remedies. The supervisory authority with which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant of the status and results of the complaint, including the possibility of a judicial remedy.
